| 1 | Pound | Chicken Breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes) |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | Yogurt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Ginger (minced) |
| 4 | Clove | Garlic (minced) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Ground Cumin |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Ground Coriander |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Garam Masala |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | Salt |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | Black Pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Chili Powder |
1.Marinate chicken in all the ingredients for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2.Soak skewers for 20 minutes prior to threading. Thread chicken pieces using skewers.
3.Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
4.Bake for 15 minutes then switch to broiler for 2 minutes
