| 1 1⁄4 | Cup | Milk |

| 2 | Tablespoon | Cocoa Powder |

1.In a sauce pan, bring milk to a boil.
2.Meanwhile mix heavy cream with cocoa powder until you create a paste.
3.Once milk is boiling, reduce the heat and add cocoa paste, cinnamon and dulce de leche. Whisk until smooth. Turn off the heat. Pour into a mug and decorate with whipped cream or marshmallows. Serve hot!
