1.In a bowl of a electric mixer combine the instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water and use a whisk attachment to mix on high speed for about 4-5 minutes or until the mixture has become light in color and fluffy.
2.Add ice to two coffee mugs and fill the cups about ¾ full with milk. Add in 1 tablespoon of Bailey’s and Kahlua to each mug and stir well.
3.Top each cup with half of the whipped coffee and stir well. Enjoy!
