Velvet Amber Kiss

In a ramekin add the honey and warm water and mix to make honey syrup. Fill a glass with ice. Add bourbon, amaretto, honey syrup, and bitters. Stir until well chilled and silky. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and serve.
