Ingredients

1 Cucumber (peeled, seeded, and grated)
1TablespoonShallot (finely chopped)
3⁄4CupSour Cream
1⁄4CupButtermilk
1⁄4CupMayonnaise
3 1⁄2TablespoonLemon Juice (about 1 lemon)
1 1⁄4TeaspoonSalt
 PinchCayenne Pepper
3TablespoonParsley (chopped)
3TablespoonChives (chopped)

Instructions

Stir together cucumber, shallot, sour cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, cayenne, parsley, and chives in a medium bowl. Season with additional salt and cayenne, if desired. Dressing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
