14OunceArtichoke Hearts (leaves separated)
10OunceFrozen Spinach (thawed, chopped, and drained)
4OunceGreen Chilies (diced)

1⁄2TeaspoonBlack Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pour in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or slices of French bread.
