1 | Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Fish Sauce |
1 | Clove | Garlic (finely minced) |

Dash | Ground Black Pepper |
Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl and slowly whisk in the olive oil, lemon juice, fish sauce and garlic. Add several grinds of pepper and a dash of salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
