Butterscotch Blondies

1⁄2CupUnsalted Butter (softened)
1⁄2CupSugar
1⁄2CupBrown Sugar
1 Egg
1TeaspoonVanilla Extract
1⁄2TeaspoonBaking Powder
1CupFlour
1CupButterscotch Chips

Instructions

1.In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine butter with sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder and flour until combined.
3.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
4.Fold in butterscotch chips. Spread into a greased or lined 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until brown. Let cool before cutting into 16 small or 9 large squares.
