| 1⁄2 | Cup | Unsalted Butter (softened) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | Sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | Brown Sugar |

| 1 | Teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Baking Powder |
| 1 | Cup | Flour |
| 1 | Cup | Butterscotch Chips |
1.In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine butter with sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder and flour until combined.
3.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
4.Fold in butterscotch chips. Spread into a greased or lined 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until brown. Let cool before cutting into 16 small or 9 large squares.
