| 3 | Ounce | Gold Rum |
| 1 | Ounce | Lime Juice |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Superfine Sugar |
| 2 | Dash | Angostura Bitters |
| 5 | Ounce | Sparking Water |
| Dash | Ground Nutmeg |
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice and pour into a chilled collins glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, a slice of banana, a maraschino cherry and sprinkle with nutmeg.
