1⁄4 | Teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Tablespoon | Parsley (chopped) |
1.Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2.Cut potato into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Combine potato strips, olive oil, and pepper on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3.Bake potatoes at 500 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, turning once after 10 minutes.
4.Toss with cheese, salt, and parsley. Serve immediately.
