1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Orange Zest |
3 1⁄2 | Cup | Bread Flour |
1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | Teaspoon | Salt |
2 | Teaspoon | Ground Coriander |
1⁄8 | Teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
1⁄4 | Teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |

Add all the ingredients in order given. Make a well in the center and add yeast. Set bread machine to "sweet bread" setting. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
