Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix

Ingredients
1 whole Lemon Cake Mix
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
12 ounces Lemon Lime Soda (can)
48 ounces Peach Slices (canned, drained)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain canned peaches and place into a 9×13 pan that’s been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl add cake mix and cinnamon then mix well. Sprinkle cake mix directly on top of peaches using a spoon to gently press the cake mix down into the peaches.
  3. Pour the can of soda on top. Make sure you pour it all over the cake mix, attempting to cover it completely.
  4. Bake cobbler for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for about 20 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or top with whipped cream.
