Ingredients
5 whole Mint Sprigs8 ounces Coffee
2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
5 teaspoons Maple Syrup
Directions
- Add mint sprigs and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint leaves and stems with the maple syrup.
- Add coffee and the heavy cream. If using hot coffee, add in some ice cubes. Shake for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute, until very frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice, and pour the shaken mint mojito over. Garnish with mint, if desired. To make just a hot coffee do not add ice.
