Tangy Cool Chinese Noodles

Ingredients
1 pound Spaghetti4 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
7 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Black Vinegar
5 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1⁄4 teaspoon Hot Chili Oil
5 tablespoons Green Onions (sliced)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Rinse with cold water, and then drain well then transfer to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil for the sauce.
- Pour sauce over the noodles. Toss noodles gently until all pasta is coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve: Toss well to re-coat pasta with sauce. Garnish with the scallions.
