Vietnamese Fish Sauce Dip

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Hot Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon Chili Sauce
1 clove Garlic (finely minced)

Directions
    In a small bowl add hot water then sugar. Mix until sugar has dissolved completely and wait until it has cooled to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
