Cookies and Cream Mug Cake

Ingredients
4 tablespoons Flour
1⁄4 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 teaspoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Milk
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1⁄4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 whole Oreo

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients except the oreo into a microwave-safe mug. Mix ingredients with a small whisk until batter is smooth.
  2. Crumble the oreo into the batter and mix until incorporated.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Let cake cool a few minutes before eating. Cake is best consumed while still warm or within a few hours of it being cooked.
