Baked Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound Chicken Breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes)3⁄4 cups Yogurt
1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1⁄2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1⁄2 teaspoon Garam Masala
1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
1⁄4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon Chili Powder
Directions
- Marinate chicken in all the ingredients for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Soak skewers for 20 minutes prior to threading. Thread chicken pieces using skewers.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Bake for 15 minutes then switch to broiler for 2 minutes
