Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Flour2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
1⁄4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 whole Eggs
1⁄3 cup Vegetable Oil
2⁄3 cups Yogurt
1⁄2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 whole Bananas (mashed)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease pans with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix eggs then add oil, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and banana.
- Add wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix gently.
- Portion out muffins and bake 20-25 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
