Dulce De Leche Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Condensed Milk
1⁄2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 whole Mexican Hot Chocolate Disc

Directions
  1. Simmer together the milk, chocolate, vanilla, condensed milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Once the mixture is warmed through and dissolved, remove ¼ cup and mix with cornstarch, to dissolve.
  3. Pour back into the hot chocolate and let come to a full simmer, while it thickens. Serve immediately with whipped cream and dulce de leche.
