Ingredients
1 tablespoon Shallot (finely diced)
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1⁄4 cup Olive Oil
1⁄2 teaspoon Sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
1⁄8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
  1. In a jar, combine shallots and vinegar and let set for 15 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and shake to combine. Adjust seasonings as needed.
