Ingredients
8 ounces Salmon (sushi-grade)1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1⁄2 tablespoon Ponzu Sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1⁄2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds (toasted)
1 whole Green Onion (sliced)
Directions
- Cut salmon into 3/4 inch cubes. Mix together all ingredients. Let it sit in the fridge until ready to serve.
