Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 whole Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
1⁄4 cup Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 whole Green Onions (sliced)
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1⁄4 cup Cilantro (chopped)

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place cucumbers and green onions into the dressing tossing gently to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before serving sprinkle sesame seeds and cilantro.
