Ingredients
2 cups Milk1 whole Cinnamon Stick
1 1⁄2 ounce Mexican Chocolate (disk)
Directions
- Chop up Mexican chocolate disk into small pieces.
- In a small pot add milk, cinnamon stick and chocolate. Turn on the flame to medium until the milk bubbles.
- Turn down the flame to low and simmer until fragrant and the chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick. Serve in mugs topped with mini marshmallows.
