Ingredients
1 cup Milk (or 240 mL)4 ounces Dark Chocolate
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
1⁄4 cup Whipped Cream
Directions
- Finely chop the chocolate.
- Heat the milk in a small pot over medium heat until almost boiling. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
- Taste and add brown sugar to your liking. Divide the hot chocolate between two small mugs and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
