Corn, Avocado, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 cans Corn (15 oz. each or 3 1/2 cups)
1 whole Avocado (cubed)
2 whole Tomatoes (cubed)
1⁄2 cup Red Onion (finely diced)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic (finely minced)
1⁄2 teaspoon Lime Zest (grated)
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1⁄4 cup Cilantro
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
1⁄2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
    Combine the corn, avocado, tomatoes, garlic and onion in a large glass bowl. Mix together last six ingredients in another bowl, pour over the salad, and gently toss to mix.
