Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
14 ounces Artichoke Hearts (leaves separated)
10 ounces Frozen Spinach (thawed, chopped, and drained)
4 ounces Green Chilies (diced)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1⁄2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pour in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or slices of French bread.
