Ingredients
2⁄3 cups Warm Water (1 cup)1 1⁄2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons)
2 whole Eggs (eggs plus enough water to make 1/2 cup)
3 cups Flour (4 1/4 cups)
2 teaspoons Sugar (1 tablespoon)
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Yeast (2 teaspoons)
Directions
- Beginning with the water, add the ingredients to the breadmaker insert in the order listed. Use the white bread setting. The recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Follow the ingredients in parenthesis to make a 2 pound loaf.
