Ingredients
2 whole Eggs
1⁄2 cup Pineapple Juice
1⁄2 cup Water
1⁄4 cup Sugar (plus 2 tablespoons)
1⁄4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (softened)
1 teaspoon Salt
3 1⁄4 cups Bread Flour (plus 2 tablespoons)
2 1⁄4 teaspoons Yeast

Directions
    Add the ingredients to the breadmaker insert in the order listed. Make a well in the center and add in yeast. Use the sweet bread setting. The recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
