Ingredients
1 whole Potato (cubed)1 cup Milk (approximately)
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
3 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
3 1⁄2 cups Bread Flour
2 teaspoons Yeast
Directions
- Fill a pot with two inches of water, add potatoes and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes until softened. Drain potatoes and mash, place mashed potatoes in a measuring cup and fill with milk until 1 3/4 cups.
- Place potatoes with water into breadmaker insert. Add the rest of the ingredients to the breadmaker insert in the order listed. Use the sweet bread setting. The recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
