Parmesan-Parsley Fries

Ingredients
1 whole Potato (baking, large, cut to 1/4-inch-thick strips)2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1⁄8 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Parsley (chopped)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Cut potato into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Combine potato strips, olive oil, and pepper on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake potatoes at 500 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, turning once after 10 minutes.
- Toss with cheese, salt, and parsley. Serve immediately.
