Parmesan-Parsley Fries

Ingredients
1 whole Potato (baking, large, cut to 1/4-inch-thick strips)
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1⁄8 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Parsley (chopped)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Cut potato into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Combine potato strips, olive oil, and pepper on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake potatoes at 500 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, turning once after 10 minutes.
  4. Toss with cheese, salt, and parsley. Serve immediately.
