Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
2 1⁄4 cups Water1 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Long-Grain Rice
1 whole Bay Leaf
1⁄2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
1 whole Lime (juiced and zested)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Directions
- Add rice to rice cooker pot and wash it in several changes of water, then drain.
- Add water, salt, bay leaf, and butter. Close rice cooker, plug in, and turn on.
- When the rice is finished, remove bay leaf. Stir in cilantro, lime juice and zest, and lemon juice.
