Honey Soy Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
1 whole Scallion2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1 pound Salmon Fillets (skin on)
Directions
- Whisk scallion, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger in a bowl.
- Put salmon in plastic bag and add all the mixed sauce.
- Preheat broiler. Line baking pan with foil and spray with oil.
- Broil for 6-10 minutes. Skin down.
- Heat up reserved sauce and drizzle over fish then add sesame seeds.
