Ingredients
2 1⁄4 cups Water2 teaspoons Tea
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Tea Masala
1 whole Ginger (1-inch chopped)
1 cup Milk
Directions
- In a small pot add water, tea, brown sugar, tea masala, and ginger. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and stir, simmer for another 3 minutes until heated through.
- Strain into individual cups and serve immediately.
