North African Coriander Bread

Ingredients
3⁄4 cups Milk
1⁄4 cup Warm Water
1⁄4 cup Butter
1 whole Egg
1⁄4 cup Honey
1⁄2 teaspoon Orange Zest
3 1⁄2 cups Bread Flour
1⁄2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
1⁄8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1⁄4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1⁄8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 tablespoon Yeast

Directions
    Add all the ingredients in order given. Make a well in the center and add yeast. Set bread machine to "sweet bread" setting. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
